Mexican bean salad
This Mexican salad goes well with pasta, tacos or burritos. It is also suitable for eating on scrambled eggs with a spoon. Of course, eating this salad alone is not bad! If you can't find canned black beans, you can use dried beans or canned ginger beans instead.

Canned black beans 1 can 400g, chickpeas 1 can 400g, frozen sweet corn 450g, half an onion, 2 green peppers, 1 red pepper, half a handful of fresh coriander, 1 cherry tomato (cherry tomato), 7 tablespoons of pure olive oil and lemon/kl.
working methods
1, drain canned black beans and chickpeas, dice onion, red pepper and cherry tomato (cherry tomato), remove seeds from green pepper and chop it, chop fresh coriander and squeeze lemon into juice.
