Features: Crispy meat floss and meat powder floss are loose, granular or fibrous, without burnt heads and sugar-free blocks, with brown or yellowish brown color and uniform color. Taicang rousong
The processing technology is that the meat of livestock and poultry is cooked, degreased, seasoned, soup-collected, fried and kneaded to make the muscle fiber fluffy into flocculent meat products. The well-known Taicang-style floss is Taicang floss, Rugao floss and Shanghai Kuaile brand floss, which is characterized by long fiber.
Features: Taicang-style floss is flocculent, with soft and fluffy fibers, allowing a small amount of knots without being overwhelmed, and the color is even golden yellow or light yellow, with a slight luster. It has rich and delicious taste, moderate sweetness, pure fragrance, no peculiar smell and no impurities.
Taicang meat floss requires four words for raw materials: absolutely fresh. A pig should be strictly controlled within 4 hours from slaughter to pot, and Taihu pig, which only needs 4 months old, should be selected. The difference between authentic Taicang floss and "Taicang style" floss on the market is closely related to the freshness of the meat.
