Steamed dumplings are delicious and easy to do as follows:
Materials: 2 zucchini, about a catty of pork, 6 mushrooms in moderation, garlic scallions/green onions in moderation, ginger in moderation, a small amount of corn starch, 1 egg, cooking wine in moderation, peanut oil in moderation, five-spice powder in moderation, soy sauce, oyster sauce in moderation, salt in moderation, sweet potato vermicelli in moderation.
Step 1: Soak sweet potato vermicelli in cold water 2 hours in advance. Wash the zucchini, rub the threads with a tool, add appropriate amount of salt and marinate for 15 minutes, then squeeze out the water. Then put some oil to lock the water.
Step 2: Mince the meat or beat it with a machine.
Step 3: Wash and dice the mushrooms.
Step 4: Dice ginger and garlic cloves/scallions.
Step 5: Mix all the seasonings and meat well, then put the above prepared vegetables together and mix well in one direction.
Step 6: Place the filling in the center of the dumpling skin, spread some water on one side of the skin, and then fold it over and pinch it tightly. You can push it a little to make a pattern while pinching.
Step 7: Boil the water and put the dumplings into a pot, steam for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 8: Remove from the pot, ready to eat! The dipping sauces are even better.
