This house tastes really good, and it opens in a big yard. Because it was the off-season of tourism, there were not many people when we went. Tongpiao beef is said to have originated from the diet of caravan porters on the ancient tea-horse road in Yunnan and Tibet. When they sleep outside, they put metal pots on the fire to cook beef, mutton, viscera, bones and various vegetables, which are simple and delicious and can keep out the cold.

On the last night, I ate in Heshun ancient town and walked in the archway not far away. After nightfall, there were several, and we chose one at random. There are many kinds of barbecues, and meat dishes are quite fresh. Beef with sauerkraut, potato chips and green beans are delicious. I like roast chicken skin. Baked eggplant is also a big portion. Tofu wrapped in tin foil is recommended. It is also very pleasant to have some wine, eat some mutton skewers and blow water with some friends here. One disadvantage is that the oil is heavy, and it is a bit greasy after eating.

On the road opposite the memorial cemetery where you turned right, many local people came to eat and had been to the daily chemical improvement. I remember 16, I also ate beef rice noodles in a small shop after coming out of the memorial cemetery. I spent 10 yuan, and there was too much beef in it for me to eat. I can't find that one this time, it should be gone, but the rice noodles in this house are also worth recommending. After visiting the memorial cemetery, dining here is a good choice. 6 yuan a bowl, you can add sauerkraut and cabbage at will, which is a very authentic taste of Tengchong rice noodles. I prefer his three fresh rice noodles to miscellaneous sauce rice noodles. Tengchong rice noodle is the kind that looks light but delicious!
Cun da ma Xi dou fen
Thin bean powder is said to exist in Dali, but it seems to be more famous in Tengchong. When it is stirred, it is a bowl of mushy things, which is very fragrant. Fried dough sticks soaked in thin bean powder is his signature, but I personally prefer to drink thin bean powder alone. Only in the morning. If it's late, you can only eat pea powder, not thin bean powder. Pea powder is not mushy, but lumpy. Sometimes when I go in the afternoon, the boss will give pea powder directly, without thin bean powder. I don't know why I did this, and I feel cheated. My sister and I are in the same situation.

Thinking of how you can't eat rice noodles crossing the bridge in Yunnan, I found this house in a very secluded small yard along the roadside sign. After a while, a bowl as big as a washbasin was served. It's no exaggeration. This photo doesn't show its size. It is filled with very hot chicken soup, and then put down the sliced meat, vegetables and rice noodles in turn, and you can eat it when it is cooked. It's quite authentic in form, but the soup tastes not particularly good, and it's ok. I always miss the rice noodles I ate when I was studying. The big bowl is only three yuan. There are rice noodles, quail eggs and leeks. The soup is delicious.
