Materials
4 eggs 180g fennel 30g cooking oil 1 tsp salt
Practice
1. Wash the fennel, remove the roots and old stems, mince and set aside;
2. Eggs into a bowl, mix with chopsticks and beat until uniform, add salt and stir into the egg sauce and set aside;
3. Pour the oil in a pan, pour in the egg sauce and stir-fry until it half solidifies.
Note
The flavor is very attractive, smooth and tasty. It also tastes great if you chop the fennel and stir it with the egg mixture before pouring it into the pan to fry.
