Put the peanuts in the oven, 150℃, 15 minutes, peel the roasted peanuts, put them in plastic bags, and break them with a rolling pin.

Leave a little egg liquid in the bowl as the surface for brushing peanut crisp.

Ingredients: old pumpkin 200g, glutinous rice flour 170g, red bean paste 160g, white sesame (raw) 30g, edible oil 10g.

Peel and cut the pumpkin into pieces, put it in a microwave container, add a little water, cover it with plastic wrap, and heat it for 7 minutes on medium-high fire.
If there is no microwave oven, you can steam the pumpkin in a steamer.

Different water content of pumpkin may require different amount of glutinous rice flour.

2, if the bean paste is very sweet, you can pack a little less. On the other hand, if it is not sweet, you can put some sugar when making glutinous rice balls.
