Accessories: 5g salt, 5ml onion ginger juice, cooking wine 10ml, sesame oil 10ml and vegetable oil 20ml.
Steps:
1. Add salt, onion and ginger juice, cooking wine, sesame oil and eggs to the meat stuffing and stir evenly in one direction.
Break eggs, set aside.
3. Put oil in the pot, pour the egg liquid into the pot, gently shake it, spread it into an egg skin, and serve.
4. Spread the meat evenly on the egg skin.
5. Roll it into the pot from both ends and steam it for 8 minutes.
6. Cool and slice.
