Ingredients: 350g clam meat.
Accessories: oil, salt, cooking wine, onion, colored pepper, ginger slices, black pepper, soy sauce and sand tea sauce.
Step 1: Wash and cut onions for later use.
Step 2: Wash the clam meat and control the water to dry for later use.
Step 3: Wash and slice the colored pepper and ginger for later use.
Step 4: The oil temperature in the pot is 7 minutes hot, and the ginger slices are poured in for frying.
Step 5: Pour in the clam meat, add some salt and stir well.
Step 6: Add cooking wine, sand tea sauce and soy sauce.
Step 7: Add onion, diced colored pepper and black pepper and stir well.
Step 8: Take out the pan and put it on the plate.
