1. Ingredients: 300g yam, 200g okra, 10g dried black fungus, 2 tablespoons oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 2g sugar, 2 cloves of garlic.
2. Slice garlic. Wash the okra and cut into large slices. Peel and wash the yam and cut it into slices similar to okra.
3. Soak the black fungus in cold water, remove the roots, clean the sediment, and divide into small florets.
4. Heat the oil in the wok over high heat until it is 60% hot, add the garlic slices and sauté until fragrant.
5. When both sides of the garlic slices turn golden brown, add okra, yam and black fungus and stir-fry together. Add sugar and salt to taste, stir-fry and serve evenly.
