Practice of self-made draft beer
The following is how to make draft beer (beer):

Materials:

-50 grams of hops.

-Malt) 2.5 kg

-500 grams of sugar

-Yeast 1 packaging (recommended beer yeast)

Tools:

-Marijuana

-Screen

thermometer

-Air lock

-Brewing barrel

Steps:

1. Put the malt into the pot, add enough water, heat it to 64-67 degrees Celsius, and then keep the temperature for about an hour. This step is called saccharification.

2. Filter the dregs with a colander, soak the malt in water in another pot, and heat the temperature to 78 degrees Celsius, which makes it easier to gelatinize protein. After keeping the temperature for a period of time, take out the malt.

3. Add hops to the pot, heat to boiling, and keep it for about 30 minutes. This step is called hops boiling.

4. Take the boiled hops out of the pot, add sugar, then cool the mixture in the pot to the temperature range, mix the yeast, and then pour the mixture into the brewing barrel.

5. Installing an air lock on the brewing barrel can prevent bacteria in the air from polluting beer. Let the fermentation process last for about a week until precipitation appears, and then you can pour the beer into the bottle.
