Mashed potato pancakes:
Ingredients: potatoes, 2 red peppers, 2g water, 50ml.
Seasoning: salt 1/4 teaspoons (about 1 g), light soy sauce 2 teaspoons (10ml), sugar 1/2 teaspoons (about 3g), vinegar 1 teaspoon (5ml).
Practice:
