Steps
1. Combine all the ingredients, except for the olive oil, and mix at a slow speed until the ingredients come together. Add the olive oil and mix again on medium speed to form a smooth and malleable dough.
Place the dough in a container, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise for about 40 minutes.
2. Prepare all the filling ingredients.
3. Shred mozzarella cheese and set aside.
4. Roll out the dough and cover with plastic wrap for about 15 minutes.
Take a piece of cake paper and place the dough on the paper and gently pat the dough into a thin crust with your hands.
5. Using a fork and spoon, gently press the bottom of the cake into small holes.
6. Place a generous amount of pizza sauce evenly over the crust.
7. Then place diced beef, shredded onion, colored peppers, broccoli, and luncheon meat in order.
8. Finally, sprinkle with shredded pizza cheese.
9. Final fermentation for 15 minutes, then bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius, 220 degrees Celsius for about 12 minutes.
