The ratio of jujube soaking and wine is 1:2.
Ingredients to prepare: 300g of jujube, 20g of wolfberry, and 600g of white wine.
1. First pick the dates off the branches one by one, being careful not to remove the rotten ones as well.
2. Then soak the dates in water and clean them.
3. Put the dates in the sun to dry. It needs to be dried for a few more days to dry the dates a little longer.
4. During the period of drying the dates, clean the wine bottle and dry the bottle.
5. After a few days, the dates have been completely dried, began to wrinkle, and the weight has become smaller.
6. Then put the dried dates into the wine bottle, as shown in the picture below.
7. Prepare dry wolfberries. Do not wash them. Keep the things used for soaking the wine dry to avoid getting any moisture in them.
8. Pour the wolfberry into the wine bottle.
9. Then start pouring wine into the bottle. What I prepared is grain wine, which is specially used for soaking wine.
10. The amount of wine should be more than half of the dates.
11. Seal the bottle cap, place it in a ventilated and cool place, and soak it for about 10 minutes before drinking. Take one sip every day, don’t be greedy.
