Ingredients: 50g of gazpacho powder, 100g of lukewarm water, 550g of fresh water, brown sugar syrup, crushed peanuts, raisins, goji berries, as much as possible

Pour the gazpacho powder into a bowl, mix it into a slurry with lukewarm water, and leave it to stand for 20-30 minutes. Pour water into a pot, bring it to a boil, rinse half of it into the cold cake paste and stir constantly to mix well.

Pour back into the pot and bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly for 3-5 minutes to cook through, then remove from heat. Pour into separate deep dishes and leave to cool until set.

Split with a knife in the center, invert one half into another empty plate, drizzle with brown sugar syrup, sprinkle with fruit ingredients, mix well and serve
