Wash and froth the tofu.

Beat the eggs, my family's eggs are earth eggs so the size is smaller haha.

The toon is blanched in hot water for 1 minute to remove the nitrite inside.

Blanched parsnips into the beaten egg, add salt and oyster sauce to taste, beat well.

Put the oil in the wok, swirl it around to evenly distribute the oil on the wok and pour in the egg mixture.

When the egg mixture is almost all set, flip it over.

When both sides are cooked, turn off the heat and use your favorite mold to cut the eggs out in your favorite shape.
