Brewing of Jinjunmei

2. Inject water
Directly and slowly inject water at about 95 degrees along the inner wall of the tureen, and let the tea in the tureen roll with the water to stimulate the aroma of Jin Junmei. Tips on brewing Jinjunmei: If you make good Jinjunmei tea, you can drink it directly by scraping off the floating matter on the bowl. If you brew unnatural Jinjunmei, you can pour it out after the first brew.
