1. First, take 300g of potato starch, pour it into a bowl, then add an appropriate amount of water, and then stir clockwise until the potato starch is completely dissolved.
2. Then filter the potato starch and prepare the fried noodles. Brush a thin layer of oil on the pot and turn on medium heat. When the pot is hot, pour the potato starch water into it. Be sure to stir before pouring, as starch is easy to deposit underneath.
3. When you start pouring it into the pot, some solids will appear. If you continue to stir-fry, more solids will appear. Keep stirring. It is estimated that there will be no more solids in the pot in 5-8 minutes. When the water is gone, you can put the potato starch in the pot onto a plate.
4. Then you can put the basin containing the flour cubes in cold water to cool. After cooling, the flour cubes will harden, and finally the potato flour cubes are ready.
