People with depression will think that they can't do anything well, deny themselves and feel inferior, and often find responsibility from themselves. The situation of self-blame is more serious, and serious people will not see the hope of life.
7. Reluctant to socialize and close yourself.
If you are afraid of socializing, you will be lonely and unwilling to get along with others. You just want to be alone and suffer your own pain silently. These are some typical symptoms of depression. If you find yourself with these symptoms, you must prevent them in time.
