Cucumber and enoki mushrooms
Ingredients: one cucumber, one egg, one handful of enoki mushrooms
Seasonings: soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, oyster sauce, minced garlic
Methods
1. Boil one egg in cold water for about 10 minutes; blanch the enoki mushrooms for three minutes
2. Peel the skin of the cucumber and slice it into small pieces, put in a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of sesame oil, a spoonful of sesame oil, some minced garlic
3. Half a spoonful of sesame oil, a spoonful of oyster sauce, some minced garlic
