Steps
First Step
1. Slice live salmon

2. Soak salmon fillets in red wine for 1 minute

3. Slice lime
Step 4
4. Take out the salmon and lay it on a charcoal grill pan, lay the lemon on top of the salmon, sprinkle with sea salt and drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil and charcoal grill for 15 minutes

5. Serve on a plate with a drizzle of damson puree
