1. After boiling a pot of boiling water, blanch the silkworm chrysalises and clean them. Tools required: silkworm chrysalis, pot, plate, chopsticks, and plastic gloves.

2. First open the package containing silkworm chrysalises.

3. Check whether the silkworm chrysalis in the package is fresh. Pick out the dead silkworm chrysalis. Such stale silkworm chrysalis will not taste good.

4. Put the fresh silkworm chrysalis into a plate and clean it with the tap. If you are afraid, wear plastic gloves for cleaning.

5. Bring a pot of boiling water to a boil and then turn off the heat.

6. Use chopsticks to put the silkworm chrysalis into the boiling water.

7. Just blanch for 1 minute. It doesn’t need to be too long. If it is too long, the meat will be blanched.

8. After one minute, take them out and put them on a plate. Then you can continue to cook these silkworm chrysalises in the way you like.
