Methods
1. Spanish mackerel washed, cut 1-2cm wide section.
2. Add dried chili peppers, pepper grains, onion, ginger and garlic burst incense, add wine spray pot.
3. Pour the Spanish mackerel into the pot, add soy sauce, add water.
4. When the water rolls, add salt and sugar, and stew the fish on low heat.
5. When the fish soup dries up, pour in a capful of aged vinegar and shake the wok.
6. Cover the wok and collect the flavor.
7. Plate up and scatter a little cilantro to help enhance the flavor.
