Traditionally, ham can only be eaten burnt. But currently Huatong ham can be eaten in addition to burning, and a new way to eat, that is, raw!
Here's how to make ham and honeydew melon:
Ingredients:
Huatung ham slices (15 slices)
Ham and honeydew melon (cantaloupe)? Half
Black pepper? (black?pepper)
Lime?1? Cocktail stick? (cocktail?pick)
Method:
1)? Remove the seeds from the honeydew melon, then cut 5-6 strips (Picture A);
2)? After carefully removing the skin with a knife, cut each strip into large half-thumb-length segments (Picture B);
3)? Spread the ham flat (Picture C), fold it in half, squeeze a few drops of lemon juice and sprinkle some black pepper on it (Picture D), place the strips of honeydew melon at one end (E), roll the ham around the honeydew melon and insert a cocktail stick (Picture F).
Tip: If you don't have a cocktail stick, you can use a toothpick instead. Cantaloupe can also be substituted with mango, but the flavor is not as refreshing as cantaloupe.
