According to business needs, the red (green) tea, pearl powder, syrup and red (green) beans are soaked (boiled) separately for later use.
1. black pearl cooking method: take one kilogram of pearl pills of any color. Add 10 kg of water and boil (first boil the water, then add pearl pills to make balls. You must wait for the hot water to boil before using it, otherwise it will melt into powder immediately. Keep the water rolling over a medium fire and stir with a filter spoon. Time: 15-20 minutes (you can add or subtract time according to your preference, and the longer you cook, the softer it will be). Time's up. Cover the pot and turn off the fire. Stew 15-20 minutes (the longer the stew, the better the elasticity) or cook until all the powder balls are transparent. Time is up. Take out the pearls and rinse them with cold water. In a large bowl, add rice balls and sugar until the pearls are soaked thoroughly and stir well for about 30 minutes.
Boil 500g of water, add 750g of sugar, and stir while adding to get 22oz(638mL) syrup (or directly change it into honey).
2. Make tea bags. Put 60 grams of tea (instant tea is no longer packaged in bags) into 3 kilograms of water and cook it in a stainless steel pot or an ordinary pot (boil the water for more than 90 degrees before putting the tea). Soak in 10 minutes or so -20 minutes to take out the tea bag. The brewed tea leaves are slightly bitter. If they are too bitter, add boiling water to dissolve them. You can decide the brewing time according to your own requirements for tea concentration. Generally speaking, it is not recommended to brew for a long time, because it will lead to excessive tea taste and affect the taste. Iced tea juice in the refrigerator.
3 cold tea!
Put 10g creamer (one tablespoon), one tablespoon fruit powder and one tablespoon syrup into a shaking cup, add 40g hot water and stir well, then add a drop of additive, stir well with a stirring rod, add 300mL~400m black tea, then add 3~4 ice cubes, the volume of the cup is about 2/3, and shake it quickly for 20 times until all the ice cubes in the cup are dissolved. Take a 360ML bubble teacup, pour it into the cup, insert the straw and give it to the customer. If sealing is needed, put the milk tea on the sealing machine, cover the sealing film, and carry out hot pressing sealing.
Note: The ratio of milk tea and fruit powder of bubble tea directly affects the taste and quality of bubble tea.
Too much cream and milk tea powder make the tea taste good and the cost is high. If you reduce the cost, you can add sugar or other flavors and milk powder to it.
The right amount of milk powder plays a finishing role in milk tea, and once the milk powder is excessive, it will make the taste of milk tea a little greasy. Therefore, when putting milk powder, we must pay attention to the dosage. Cutting powder thinks that the heavier the milk flavor, the better it tastes.
Note: the method of making fruity bubble tea is the same as above, just add 2 spoonfuls of fruit powder to the cup. (Depending on the added fruit powder, it can be made into papaya bubble tea, taro bubble tea and so on. )
Boiling method of syrup: after boiling at the ratio of 1.5kg white sugar to 1kg water, simmer for 10 minute.
Turn off the fire and let it cool.
The following is also the practice of making tea:
1, original tea-making method: 10g creamer+sugar water +2/3 tea+ice cubes [or boiled water ]+ 15g pearl+one drop of additive.
2. Flavor bubble tea: (Take taro milk tea as an example) 12g taro powder+10g creamer+ice cubes [or boiled water]+sugar water+hot tea+15g pearls.
3. Before making bubble tea products, prepare the following materials:

Banana milk tea
Practice: Slice the banana, about 4mm wide, and put the uniform chocolate milk tea and two or three banana slices for one person into the pot for brewing.

Excessive boiling tends to lose its flavor. You can add some sugar at will, then pour in cream and add decorative bananas. In order to prevent decorative bananas from sinking into black tea immediately, the trick is to slice bananas and make them float.
Nuanjiang milk tea
Exercise:
1. Put the tea and Jiang Mo into the pot and soak them in clear water. After the tea leaves are soaked, add the same amount of milk as water and heat.

Rose milk tea
Rose hips are the fruits of wild roses. Its vitamin C content is 20 times that of oranges and 60 times that of lemons. This rose hip milk tea can improve liver function. Delicious sour taste and sweet taste of honey are very delicious.

Teabag with rose hips; Heat 200CC milk in a pot, then pour in tea leaves and reheat. Turn off the heat before the milk tea is about to boil, and add honey according to your personal preference.
bubble tea
1. Ingredients: black tea, cream, syrup (honey), pearls and ice cubes.

Maixiang milk tea
Ingredients: sago 1/2 cups, unified wheat milk tea.
Exercise:
1. Soak sago, put it in boiling water until it is transparent, take it out and drain it for later use.
2. Freeze the wheat milk tea for later use.
3. Put the frozen tea into the cup, and add the cooked sago when drinking and mix well.
Nut milk tea

1. Boil tea leaves, water and a teaspoon of sliced nuts in a pot, then add 20% milk.
2. Coarse sugar and nut milk tea are very suitable and can be added to the pot as a sweet seasoning. After adding the cream, sprinkle with nuts.

mint tea

Step 1: Pour clean water into the pot and light it. The mechanism of pouring water into the pot is half of the brewing amount. For example, if you want to brew 4 cups, boil 2 cups of water.
Step 2: Before the water boils, put the pre-measured tea leaves into the pot. The amount of tea leaves is the same as when brewing black tea, and adjust according to the number of cups to be brewed. Step 3: After ripening, if the tea leaves have blossomed, you can add fresh milk equal to fresh water. That is, if you have 2 cups of water, you should also add 2 cups of fresh milk. Add fresh milk, turn off the fire and cover before cooking. Soak for about 3 minutes.
Step 4: Filter with a strainer and pour the black tea into a teapot or teacup. Just like brewing pure black tea, heat the red teapot and teacup first.
Milk formula
Ingredients: 30 grams of black tea, 400 ml of boiling water, 400 ml of milk, 400 ml of honey, and appropriate amount of ice.
Practice: 1. Soak the black tea in boiling water, cover it, let it stand for 15 minutes, and then stir it thoroughly.
2。 After filtering out the tea leaves, mix the milk into the tea juice.
