1. 1 fresh egg, 2 ~ 24ml of original balsamic vinegar, and proper amount of honey or sugar. (It is recommended to use balsamic vinegar above 9 degrees)
2. Method and usage: Wash the egg, put it in a wide-mouth glass bottle or container, pour the original balsamic vinegar, seal it for 48h, and when the eggshell softens, only the thin egg is covered with swollen eggs, unseal it, and pick the egg skin with chopsticks.
