How to make homemade rose puree ?
1. I bought edible roses and planned to make rose honey, but the petals with not-so-good outer skin were thrown away, so I made rose water.
2. Rose pick off the petals, rinse with pure water, soak for a while, then pour off the water. Put a bowl in a pot and add water, don't let the water go over the bowl and don't let the bowl float. Place the roses around the perimeter of the bowl, again without going over the bowl. Place the lid upside down on the pot and pour in the lid
3. Start cooking on the lowest heat. Remember to add the cool water when the lid is gone. About 40 minutes, the water in the pot is almost finished, then turn off the heat and remove the bowl full of puree to cool and bottle.
