The origin and details of the ingredients of the Indian pancake?
The so-called "Indian Flying Biscuits" in India are called "Gabbardi", which seems to be more of a wonderful handicraft. The Indian people do Gabbardi, the first and neatly and flour, kneaded into a small round ball, and then rolled a few times, then put into a small pan in the heating. Next to the pan is a small, simple stove with a blue flame, but no pan on top. When the cake in the pan was almost cooked and a little swollen, the cook would pick it up sharply with his hands and throw it into the fire of the next stove. Strange to say, it was marvelous to see that the pie, when baked by the fire, swelled up as if it were suspended over the flames. Quickly, the chef took it out, put it into the plate, ho, fragrant, before and after only three minutes. Diners can hardly resist the temptation of the freshly baked "gabardine", and no one can realize how there is so much heat in the "gabardine", which can make the thin, cicada-like pancake as full as a yurt. It's fun to poke it with chopsticks and have the hot air steam outward. It turns out that the "Gabbardi" is also divided into two layers, the outer layer is light yellow and crunchy, the inner layer is soft and white, slightly sweet, chewing rich layers, a soft and a crunchy, a strong contrast in taste, after chewing, teeth and cheeks left a fragrance. If you eat it with lamb or chicken wrapped in gabardine, the aftertaste will be even more lasting
