Method:
1. Remove the toe tips and impurities from the chicken feet and wash them; peel the garlic and chop into fine paste; cut half of the green onions into flowers and tie the other half into knots; mince half of the ginger and mince the other half slice.
2. Wash the pot, add water to boil, add chicken feet to blanch the water to remove the odor, remove and wash. Add water to another pot, add chicken feet, green onions, ginger slices, and cooking wine. After boiling, turn to low heat. When it is almost cooked, add salt. Remove the bones from the chicken feet while it is hot.
3. Heat the oil, stir-fry chopped green onion, minced ginger, and minced garlic. After the aroma comes out, pour an appropriate amount of original soup, add MSG and pepper, bring to a boil, and then add the deboned chicken feet. Dip in the pot, remove the pot from the heat, wait for it to cool naturally, take it out and eat. If the garlic flavor is not enough, you can also take the chicken feet out of the pot and mix in an appropriate amount of minced garlic.
