The following materials need to be prepared in advance:
Six chicken wings
Citronella 5 strips
4 limes
Seasoning:
A little olive oil
A little ginger
A little garlic
Light soy sauce 1/2 teaspoons
Fish sauce 1 tablespoon
Pepper 1 root
Answer: Wash the chicken wings, drain the water, pat the root of citronella with a knife to make the fragrance of citronella flow out, and then slice it for later use.
B: Add diced pepper and ginger, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, citronella and lime juice to the chicken wings, and pour in olive oil to make the fragrance of each spice easily seep out. Mix well and make sure that the chicken wings have been evenly coated with seasoning and marinated for at least one hour.
C: preheat the oven 180C, put the chicken wings in the oven and bake for 10 minute. 10 minutes later, turn the chicken wings over and coat the chicken skin with a thin layer of olive oil to make it more crisp. Bake for another 5 minutes, and you can eat it out of the oven!
