Step one:
First, pour 500g cooking oil into the pot, adjust the oil to medium heat until it smokes, then turn off the fire and wait for 5 minutes to reduce the oil temperature.
Step two:
Try sesame seeds to see if the oil temperature drops, and the sesame seeds in the pot will not explode immediately. Add a spoonful of sesame seeds to the pan, and scald in the oil pan 1 min.
Step 3:
After boiling sesame seeds for about 1 min, add four tablespoons of Chili noodles, one teaspoon of pepper and one teaspoon of thirteen spices, and stir well with a spatula.
Step 4:
Pour a little balsamic vinegar into the oil pan, stir well, cool naturally, and then make oil chili pepper.
