Accessories chopped green onion, shredded ginger, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, monosodium glutamate, salt and sesame oil.
A little vinegar
Step 1. First shred pancakes and cabbage, slice pork belly, and cut onion, ginger and garlic into foam.
2. Pour the cooking oil into the pot, stir-fry the pork belly for a while, and then add the onion, ginger and garlic into the pot to saute.
3. Add the chopped cabbage. Stir fry.
4. Add monosodium glutamate, oyster sauce, soy sauce and a little salt, stir fry, and then add a little water. Seasoning is added according to your own taste.
5. Put in the shredded cake and try to smooth the shredded cake evenly to reduce the stewing time.
6. Cover the pot and simmer for about 5- 10 minutes, depending on the amount of water added.
7. When you hear the sizzling sound in the pot, it means that it is basically cooked (personal experience, for reference only). After cooking, add chopped green onion, pour sesame oil and cook vinegar (according to personal preference).
8. Stir well and serve.
