1. Take a clean bowl and pour the right amount of lotus root powder into the bowl.
2. Pour in a little cool boiled water or mineral water, the amount of water is slightly less than the lotus root powder; then gently stir with a spoon or chopsticks until the lotus root starch is completely dissolved in the water.
3. Boil a pot of boiling water, then pour 95 or more boiling water into a bowl. Be sure to boil the water, and remember not to use hot water from a water dispenser; immediately after pouring, use a spoon or chopsticks to stir quickly while adding water; stop adding water until the lotus root starch turns into a light brown transparent gel.
Pure lotus root starch has no sugar, you can add white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon sugar or honey according to your personal taste after mixing; add honey for a period of time before adding to avoid high temperature destroying the nutritional value of honey, lotus root starch will become thin after adding honey.
