Recipe for three fresh Japanese tofu:
1. Ingredients: 2 Japanese tofu, 8 quail eggs (cooked and peeled), 6 shrimps, 100 grams of crab mushrooms , appropriate amount of broccoli.
2. Open the backs of the shrimp and remove the devein. Add a little cooking wine and white pepper to mix well and marinate for a few minutes.
