1, will have the Salted butter from the refrigerator, placed at room temperature for 30 minutes, until the butter is softened in a large bowl with an electric whisk whipped, whipped performance is lighter in color, slightly fluffy volume. As shown in the picture -
Add the granulated sugar, powdered sugar, salt and other ingredients in small batches, and continue to beat until all the sugar is dissolved.
The powdered sugar is put here to make the organization fine, it is better not to use fine sugar instead. But you can't use all powdered sugar, it's not easy to mold.
2. In the butter bowl, add the egg and milk in small batches and mix well with a whisk. Each time it should be fully incorporated before adding the egg and milk again.
3. Sift the flour and add it to the buttermilk mixture, tossing well with a rubber spatula from the bottom up to fully incorporate the flour and buttermilk mixture. After adding the flour, gently mix well on it, mixing excessively will make the flour gluten, affecting the taste. Different shapes of cookies are best baked separately, leaving 2cm spacing between each cookie, the same tray of cookies should be about the same size and thickness, otherwise it is not good to control the fire and time of baking. I used the daisy nozzle to do two kinds of shape, one is the edge of the extrusion side of the circle, a circle just a cookie, as shown in the picture --

5. After squeezing the cookies, place the baking sheet with the cookies on it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before placing it in the oven. This step is very important for the cookie molding.
6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the baking sheet in the middle of the oven and bake until the edges are colored, about 15 minutes.
