First, prepare the ingredients, mango cut meat first with a cooking machine to beat into a puree, (I was pressed directly with a spoon). Take out a container and put light cream, condensed milk, mango puree. Mix well.
Step 2
Then use a whisk to beat until it is thick, i.e. 5 or 6%.
Step 3
Take out the container where you want to put the ingredients, it can be a rectangular lunch box (I used a rectangular glass box from Lekopen), or you can take any other containers, and then pour the whipped ingredients into the container, cover it up and put it into the refrigerator, and then you can eat it the next day.
Tips
Condensed milk can be more or less according to personal sweetness, do not add water, or the next day's ice-cream will have ice crumbs. If the mango is not sweet enough you can put sugar for sweetness adjustment. Condensed milk I use Nestle's, light cream is also.
