Ingredients: 400g of ribs, 330ml of cola, soy sauce 1 spoon, soy sauce 1 spoon, cooking wine 1 teaspoon, 5g of ginger.
Practice:
1. Put the ribs in cold water, blanch the bleeding water, take them out and put them in a casserole;
2. Pour in soy sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, and then add cola, so it is advisable not to have ribs;
3. Boil with high fire and simmer for 40-50 minutes until the ribs are tender;
4. Finally, the fire is boiled and the juice is collected until it is thick.
Cola hairtail
Ingredients: hairtail 1 strip, 2 peppers, cooking wine 1 5ml, starch15g, cola 250ml, salad oil, a little salt, ginger1block, 2 cloves of garlic, light soy sauce15ml.
Practice:
1. Clean hairtail after eviscerating, cut into 6 cm long sections, and marinate with a little cooking wine and salt for 5 minutes;
2. Slice ginger and garlic, and cut pepper into small pieces for later use;
3. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot. After the oil is about 60% hot, wrap the hairtail with a layer of dry starch, put it in the pot, fry until both sides are golden, and then take it out;
4. Leave a little base oil in the pot, add ginger slices, garlic slices and pepper until fragrant, pour the fried hairtail back into the pot, pour cooking wine, soy sauce, cola and a little salt, boil over low heat for 5 minutes, turn the hairtail over, and then turn over high heat to dry the soup.
