Dietary essentials
1. Choose foods that clear away heat and promote diuresis. Such as mung beans, red beans, amaranth, shepherd's purse, purslane, wax gourd, cucumber, lettuce and so on. Eat less fish, shrimp, beef and mutton and irritating food.
2. Eat more foods rich in vitamins and minerals. Such as leafy vegetable juice, carrot water, fresh fruit juice, tomato juice, vegetable puree, fruit puree, etc. Adjust the baby's physiological function and reduce skin allergic reaction.
