1. Spiced pork ribs
Wash the ribs, drain the water, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, add a little salt and sugar, add black pepper, add 1 spoon of oyster sauce, add half a spoon of soy sauce, add 3 tablespoons of corn starch, marinate evenly 1 hour, and add 1 spoonful of minced garlic.

5. Braised ribs with potatoes

6. Chinese sauerkraut ribs
Add ginger slices and cooking wine to the pork ribs in cold water, and then take them out and drain them. Put the blanched pork ribs in the pot, add seasoning (in copywriting), take them out and simmer for 40 minutes after boiling until they froth. Stir-fry shallots, ginger, garlic and dried peppers, pour in sauerkraut and stir-fry for fragrance. Pour the cooked pork ribs and soup into the pot, add rock sugar, salt and pepper, and simmer for 20 minutes.
7. Garlic cumin ribs
Add onion ginger and cooking wine to the ribs, cook them for seven or eight minutes, then take them out, fry them until golden brown, stir-fry the ingredients (in copywriting), stir them evenly, pour in the ribs, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and a little salt and sugar, and finally add the onion segments and stir them out of the pot.
8. Spicy ribs
Add cooking wine to the pork ribs in cold water, take them out two minutes after the water boils, add half a spoonful of vinegar, 1 spoonful of soy sauce and soy sauce, add 1 spoonful of bean paste, add minced garlic and Jiang Mo, stir-fry with a little salt, pour in boiled water without pork ribs, stew for 20 minutes, and finally add green pepper to stir-fry and collect juice.
