Introduction: This dish is a special dish in the Middle East, especially in Lebanon. Chickpea is the king of vegetables. Chickpea is regarded as a substitute for meat in Lebanon because it is rich in iron and protein.
Ingredients: 600 grams of Gusgus coarse flour, 300 grams of canned natural chickpeas, 6 tablespoons of oil, 25 grams of butter and salt.
Ingredients: two cloves of garlic, 100ml lemon juice, 300g canned natural chickpeas, a bunch of fresh coriander, 3 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper.
Practice: 1, prepare Gusgus coarse powder according to the instructions on page 7. Before the second steaming, add the drained chickpeas to the coarse flour. Then put it into a large plate to cool.
2. Drain the remaining chickpeas. Pour into the blender. Add a little salt and pepper. Add garlic cloves, lemon juice, olive oil and a few slices of coriander and stir until it becomes cloudy.
3. Put the coarse flour into a big plate, then dig a hole in the middle and put the hummus into the hole. Then sprinkle chopped coriander and eat it at room temperature or after refrigeration.
