Steps
1. Wash black rice and soak it in water for half an hour
2. Boil black rice with water in a pressure cooker, then add sugar
3. Stir it to make black rice stuffing and keep it aside
4. In a bowl, put the eggs, oil and sugar and mix well.
5. Melt the yeast with warm water.
6. Pour in the yeast water and mix well.
7. Add flour while stirring.
8. Knead into a smooth dough.
9. Ferment until double in size.
10. Take out the fermented dough and knead well. Divide into equal sized pieces.
11. Knead the dough into a round shape.
12. Flatten the dough and roll it into a circle with a thicker center and thinner sides

19. Cook on low heat until golden brown on one side, then turn over.
20. When both sides are done, put on gloves and roll the edges.
