1. Soak dried fish in warm water for 3 to 4 hours.
2. Wash the soaked dried fish, remove water and put it on a plate for later use, and cut the onion into sections for later use.
3. Cut the onion and ginger into filaments, cut the Thai pepper into blocks, and put them in a fish dish. Put a proper amount of fermented soya beans, shredded red pepper and cooking wine into a fish dish.
4. Put the fish dish in a steamer and steam it for 25 to 30 minutes.
5. Sprinkle chopped green onion and coriander leaves in the steamed fish dish and serve.
