Composition of traditional festival Dragon Boat Festival 1 Dragon Boat Festival is my favorite festival.
Because we can eat dumplings wrapped by grandma, we have to wrap them one day in advance in our hometown of Hainan, and we can eat them the next day during the Dragon Boat Festival. In this Dragon Boat Festival, I saw grandma wash all the rice and leaves, and then she went to buy meat and salted duck eggs. Grandma prepared everything and finally began to wrap dumplings. I watched grandma's skillful movements, and I couldn't help saying to her, "Grandma, you can teach me." Grandma said, "Sure, so she told me to take the zongzi leaves first, then put the rice like soybeans, then put the meat and salted duck eggs, then wrap it into a triangle, and finally tie it with a thin rope." Then put it in a big pot and cook it for about three to four hours.
On the Dragon Boat Festival, we can have delicious zongzi. After eating, some people go swimming in Lingao Corner of Lingao County, and it is very enjoyable to swim when the sun is not strong.
Others went to see the dragon boat race, which was held in the vast sea of our hometown. At that time, the beach was crowded with people, and those colorful dragon boats were held at sea, like fish swimming!
This is the most meaningful Dragon Boat Festival I have ever had. This Dragon Boat Festival taught me how to make zongzi! Dragon Boat Festival let me know the wonderful festivals in China.
There are many traditional festivals in China, such as Dragon Boat Festival, Tomb-Sweeping Day, Double Ninth Festival and so on, but my favorite festival is Dragon Boat Festival. Legend has it that a long time ago, on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month, Qu Yuan, a patriotic poet, was angry after hearing the news that his country was about to die, and finally picked up a stone and jumped into the river.
Up to now, the fifth day of May every year is designated as Dragon Boat Festival to commemorate Qu Yuan. On this day, dumplings are made and dragon boat races are held to commemorate patriotic poets. Grandma will also hang long moxa sticks high at home on this day.
The most common custom of Dragon Boat Festival is to eat zongzi. Although there are many kinds of zongzi in the shop, I still like the zongzi wrapped by my grandmother at home. Two days before the Dragon Boat Festival, grandma would buy zongzi leaves and cook them with clear water, and then prepare raw materials for making zongzi, such as glutinous rice, meat, red dates and mung beans. The next step is to wrap zongzi. First, grandma will take two or three zongzi leaves, hold one end of the leaves with her left hand, hold the other end of the leaves with her right hand with three fingers, and gently roll her hands in to form a round vertebral body. Then, put a chopstick into the rolled leaves, and then put the prepared raw materials into it. Grandma will poke the edge with chopsticks. Grandma said that this will make the dumplings tighter and more delicious. Finally, cover the glutinous rice with a leaf and tie the zongzi firmly with cotton thread, so that a good-looking zongzi is wrapped. After zongzi is cooked, every time I can't wait to open the leaves of zongzi, the smell comes from my nose, and the golden glutinous rice looks so attractive. I took a big bite. It was really delicious. Every time I eat several a year.
Because I love zongzi, I like the Dragon Boat Festival. I really hope to celebrate it every day.
Traditional Festival Dragon Boat Festival Composition 3 Chinese traditional festivals are rich and colorful, including Spring Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival and so on, but I will not hesitate to answer if I ask which festival I like best-Dragon Boat Festival.
On the Dragon Boat Festival last year, the sun was shining and there were no clouds in Wan Li. I happily came to the side of the town. Looking around, red flags fluttered on both sides of the strait, colorful flags fluttered, and there was a sea of people. It was very lively! I came to the small bridge and pushed my way through the crowd. I saw two dragon boats racing fiercely. They were holding paddles and ready to go, waiting for the commander to stand guard and sprint. I counted it carefully. The dragon boat can seat more than 40 people. There is a commander in the bow, two drummers in the middle and stern, a dragon tail rower in the stern, and everyone else is rowing. After hearing a whistle, the race began. With the crew struggling to row, they only saw two dragon boats moving forward quickly. Many people on the shore cheered them up. The crew rowed harder, and the dragon boats soon reached the finish line. Everyone was very happy.
I also learned how to make zongzi. Wash all the materials first. We started. First, we picked up the spoon and put the glutinous rice on the palm leaves, then put the pork and mung beans, then put a layer of glutinous rice on it, then wrapped the zongzi and tied it tightly with a rope.
This is an unforgettable Dragon Boat Festival, and I had a good time.
Traditional Festival Dragon Boat Festival Composition 4 Whenever the Dragon Boat Festival comes, people will make zongzi and watch the dragon boat race, and have a good time. On the day before lunch, we bought bamboo leaves, glutinous rice, chicken and other materials needed to wrap zongzi, and then my mother soaked glutinous rice in water in advance for later use.
On the morning of Dragon Boat Festival, the weather was very good. After breakfast, our family began to make zongzi. I found that my mother had already prepared all the materials, and she was really a hardworking mother. I folded the bamboo leaves according to the method my mother taught me, put the glutinous rice with good taste into the bamboo leaves, put the chicken into the glutinous rice, and then wrapped the bamboo leaves, but it was not good to wrap them, so I wrapped them for my mother. After my mother wrapped them, I asked my father to tie them with a rope, so I wrapped a zongzi. I suddenly thought of a good idea, the three of us can work together! I'll put the materials, my mother will keep them, and my father will tie them with a rope, so one by one, the zongzi is finished. I feel very fulfilled and really happy when I see the dumplings piled together. The wrapped zongzi was quickly cooked by my mother. It didn't take long for me to smell the delicious zongzi, which made my mouth water before I saw it. When my mother brought out the cooked zongzi, I couldn't control my little hands. I picked it up and peeled it off and ate it. It was really delicious. We watched the dragon boat race together, which was spectacular.
This time I spent the Dragon Boat Festival, I was very happy. Because I not only ate delicious zongzi, but also watched a spectacular dragon boat race. I think it would be nice to have different festivals every day!
