Where the Snow Lotus Blooms is a contemporary drama about Tibet aid directed by Liu Jianhua and starring Gong Zheng, Trini Jiren, Liu Xiangjing and Zhao Tingting.

The drama tells the story of college students from all over the country who, together with their Tibetan compatriots, spend more than 20 years building the impoverished but beautiful village of Qiangga in Langgar County, into an international tourist resort. The drama premiered in prime time on May 5, 2023 on CCTV's Comprehensive Channel, and was followed by several online platforms such as Aqiyi and LeTV Video.

The drama has a lot of novelties, one is the touching spirit of Tibet aid, one is the outstanding character, one is the story of scenario integration, and one is the excellent effect of personality quenching.

In the late 1990s, Ouyang Nan, an outstanding university graduate, actively responded to the country's call to voluntarily support the construction of Tibet. When he arrived at Qiangga Village in Bagu Township, he faced a series of problems: a lack of adaptation to life, a conflict of ideas with local Tibetan compatriots, and how to implement his own ideas on environmental protection in economic development.

He was encouraged by Huang Zhongyuan, a veteran of the former 18th Army, in the old generation of Tibetan aid cadres, supported by Ma Ruyun, the current deputy governor of Ranggar County, a Tibetan aid cadre, and helped by Geliangjie, the new village branch secretary and director of Qiangga Village, and especially by the trust of Qiong Drolma, a Tibetan girl, to serve the difficulties in customer service, to be conscientious and firm in his beliefs, and to find his place.
