Scrambled Eggs with Chinese Cabbage
It can be said that it is a childhood taste passed down from the family. In my impression, only my father can make it. The second time I tried it, it tasted right! The following is for one person.
Ingredients:
4 to 5 cabbage, 2 eggs, 2 dried chili peppers, a small amount of green onion, a small amount of ginger, 1 screw pepper (optional), salt Flavor essential oils
How to make scrambled eggs with Chinese cabbage:
Chop the Chinese cabbage into fine pieces, and chop it finely if you add peppers.
Beat two eggs and mix well.
Pour the chopped cabbage and pepper into the egg liquid and stir evenly.
Chop onions, ginger, and dried chili peppers.
In a pan with a small amount of oil, sauté the onion, ginger, dried chili until fragrant.
Pour in the mixed cabbage and egg liquid. Stir fry evenly over medium heat. Add a little salt and chicken essence. Do not add water as adding salt will make the pak choi watery. If water comes out, turn to high heat and sauté for a few seconds.
Stir well and take out of the pot~
Tips: Chinese cabbage is high in calcium and can supplement vitamin D. It is also helpful for some people who are deficient in calcium. Improve their body's immunity.
