What is the bean bag in Northeast China?
Some of them here are called bean bags or sticky bean bags. Bean bags generally refer to steamed bread with rice beans (adzuki beans) cooked, crushed and steamed with saccharin. Sticky bean bags usually refer to yellow rice (glutinous rice) and ordinary rice (corn flour) as skins, and rice beans (adzuki beans) cooked, crushed and steamed with saccharin. The difference between bean bags and sticky bean bags is that the skin is different. The most important thing is that sticky bean bags should be dipped in sugar before they are authentic. Different regions have different names. We call bean buns steamed buns with bean stuffing and sticky bean buns. It's cold in winter in the north, so it's more convenient to put it outside and freeze it, and just take it out and cook it when eating.
