Ingredients
A., 45g butter, 100g brown sugar, 120g honey, 45g milk, B., 350g low-gluten flour, 2g ginger powder, cinnamon powder 2 grams of soda ash, 2 grams of baking powder, 1 gram of baking powder, icing sugar, 1 egg white, 150 grams of powdered sugar
Method
1. Make butter + brown sugar in warm water. Melt and stir thoroughly until there are no lumps of sugar.
2. Then add honey and stir evenly.
3. Add milk and stir evenly.
4. Add all the ingredients of B into step 3 and mix into a dough, put it in a plastic bag and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Take it out after 5.1 hours and roll it out about 0.3cm on a non-stick pad.
6. Cover the pre-cut paper model on it, then carve out the house and remove the leftovers.
7. The snowflakes are also carved out with a mold and the corners are removed.
8. According to the width of the house, bake a bottom so that it can stick to the house and make it stand upright.
9. Place in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
10. Make icing: 1 egg white, add powdered sugar in 3 times, beat until the icing hangs on the egg beater but does not fall down, dip a little and you can easily draw lines. Then you can draw pictures on the cookies. To make the house stand up, we need to glue the house to the base we have prepared in advance. We need to apply more on the bottom, press it for a while when dipping it, and then support something behind it. After it solidifies, you can remove the thing. .
Tips
Note: When baking large-area biscuits, you need to pierce the biscuits to prevent them from swelling during baking. Since I think the piercing affects the appearance, I only place them on the roof of the house. The part that was completely white was pierced, and the bottom of the house bulged during baking, so I pressed it down with a fork to flatten it.
