(including Warehouse 3) And because our logistics warehouse is actually a mixed warehouse, drivers usually pick up the goods from the main entrance first, and then go through Gate 2 or Gate 3, resulting in the situation that the main warehouse door is busy and the other two warehouses are empty.

The design of outbound program is very complicated. Every time you leave the warehouse, you need two warehouse staff to inspect the goods, and the warehouse keeper is not a full-time warehouse keeper for this kind of goods. Unfamiliar with commodity cognition, bloated procedures and low efficiency. The inventory quantity of the three locations is not shared, and the computer does not clearly display it. Some goods are stored in warehouse 1, but when the driver picks up the goods in warehouse 2, because there is no goods in warehouse 2, the warehouse keeper directly marks "out of stock" on the pick-up list, which is very irresponsible. Causes the driver to hand in the delivery note directly and does not deliver the goods to the customer. The clerk was very dissatisfied. But in fact, this product may be in the warehouse, but because of system problems, the computer shows that it is out of stock. All shopkeepers only talk about the goods in their own warehouses and know nothing about the similar goods in the other two warehouses.

The wiring personnel are not professional. Most of the wiring support personnel are temporarily added, and they are not skilled in the computer query system when wiring. The connection methods are also diversified, and customers are long-winded and blame customers. Resulting in long wiring time and low efficiency.

The office environment restricts the wiring effect. The office environment is noisy, customers can't hear clearly, and the operator is loud, which makes people feel unprofessional. It's like a family talking on the phone.

Telephone is unprofessional. The telephones are all mobile landlines, with poor effect, limited by signals, manual wiring and high missed connection rate. Caused many customers to complain.

In the process of replacing the old and new systems, customers' inquiries are very complicated. All the customers of the old system, the new system plays a very poor role, and many of them can't be found.

The scheduling of carriers and drivers is not well controlled. First, drivers pick their own orders, deliver the delivered goods first, and dump the refrigerators and high-rise buildings that are not easy to deliver, causing great complaints to later drivers.

There are few requirements for temporary support drivers. Because they get temporary support at particularly difficult times, they are not needed or trained. This has caused a lot of complaints from customers about delivery workers and drivers.

The financial office software system cannot identify and classify people with the same name and surname. When a family buys multiple items or trades in old ones, the input time is different, and the system prints differently, which leads to the phenomenon that many people send more. It has caused great inconvenience to customers to receive goods. It also caused great waste of personnel and vehicles to our logistics and distribution department.

The delivery time cannot be clearly agreed with the customer, which leads to the contradiction that the customer refuses to receive the goods many times and we don't have time to deliver the goods when the customer has time.

Out of stock problem, unclear communication with customers. In terms of procedure, the driver will hand over the shipping documents to the distribution department, which is responsible for contacting the front desk to communicate with the customer about the specific arrival time and delivery time. However, in this activity, some drivers forgot to hand in the out-of-stock documents, causing customers to wait at home for a day (the driver called to pick up the goods first, so this problem occurred), and some customers did not contact the front desk after the driver handed in the documents. And these are all problems that cause customer complaints. This is also where we need to continue to improve.

For the return of front-line sales staff, it has nothing to do with our logistics in a sense, but because the dispatcher can only arrange outlets to print documents, the front desk can't cancel the return. This design greatly restricted the return from the front line and caused great dissatisfaction from customers. Returning goods is an unhappy thing. If the procedure is complicated, customers will get angry. The problem of finding price difference and returning goods exposed on September 9 is an obvious performance.

First, the bill storage is unscientific and unsystematic. Many customer service problems in the later period are not delivery problems, but more problems of not finding documents. The customer service staff is busy not because of wiring, but also because they can't find the delivery documents. Many customers who are eager to deliver goods are mixed with ordinary customers, unable to distinguish priorities, and important customer documents are lost, resulting in repeated printing.

3) Introduction section.
