Method 1: clean the gas barbecue grill.
1, clean the burner and pipe. When the barbecue season begins, you will want to clean the barbecue grill thoroughly. Before cleaning, make sure that the fuel tank is closed. Remove the barbecue briquettes and grills.
Separate the gas pipeline from the burner. Clean the gas pipeline with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a clean towel. Clean the burner with a wet towel.
Wipe the air port of each burner with a dry towel. Use toothpicks or bamboo barbecue forks to thoroughly remove each air port.
2. Wash the grill. Cover all air valves with aluminum foil to keep them dry (to prevent rust). Wash the inside and outside surfaces of the oven with soap and warm water, and then dry them with a clean towel. After completion, reconnect the gas pipeline and burner. Scrub the place with lumpy debris with a long handle barbecue grill brush containing wire brush hair.
3. Burn out oil and debris. Turn the coal block upside down, close the lid and heat the barbecue grill at high temperature 15 minutes. This will loosen the grease on the barbecue and facilitate cleaning. Cool the barbecue grill 10- 15 minutes before safely removing the barbecue grill and coal. Wash the grill with soap and water, and remove all the lumpy grease with a barbecue brush. The steel wool liner can also be used to remove the stickies on the grill.
Dry the grill with a clean towel and replace the coal and grill.
4. Maintain a consistent cleaning plan. After each use, carefully brush the grill with a grill brush. Remove all food debris and particles. Pay special attention to coal or volcanic rocks, because food often falls off the grill. Remove food particles and wipe with rags.
5. Cover the barbecue grill. When it is cooled, cover the barbecue grill to avoid dirt. Cover the air pipe joint to prevent insects from chewing. If you store the barbecue grill outside, just cover it and connect the fuel tank.
If you store the barbecue grill indoors, cover the barbecue grill and disconnect the fuel tank.
Method 2: Clean the charcoal oven
1, heat the grill. Before starting the barbecue, light charcoal briquettes, put the barbecue on the fire, and cover the barbecue grill with a lid. Let the grill heat 10-20 minutes. Grill heating can melt the grease on the grill, which is convenient for cleaning.
2. Brush the grill. Brush the grill row with a long handle brush (preferably made of hard steel wire) to remove all particles attached to it. If you don't have a grill brush, you can rub the grill with corrugated aluminum foil and long tongs. Clean the grilled steak to remove grease, marinade, seasoning and melted cheese that can be transferred to fresh grilled food.
Dirty grease can also make meat sticky-especially delicate fish. For fish food, it is suggested that it is best to barbecue with aluminum foil on the grill to avoid sticking and destroying the fish.
3. Use your oven. If your oven has automatic cleaning function, you can bypass the brushing and washing parts and directly discharge the roast into the oven. Remove the grills and metal parts (which have been stained with food).
Put these parts directly into the oven shelf, and set the oven to automatic cleaning mode.
The oven will be locked and heated to about 480 degrees Celsius. This will burn all the food residue and clean the oven thoroughly!
4. Grease the grill. When the barbecue grill is cleaned, fold a paper towel four times and turn it into a clean cloth. Dip a little vegetable oil or olive oil on the cloth and spread the oil on the barbecue with pliers. Oiling the grilled steak can prevent the food from becoming sticky. Bacon oil or steak oil can also be used to grease the grilled steak, and it can add extra flavor to the food.
Be careful not to drop oil on charcoal when using it, because it will lead to "sudden burning" of the fire, or the heat in a small area will become stronger. One of the purposes of barbecue is to maintain a consistent heat for continuous food barbecue.
5. Wipe and oil again. After you barbecue, scrub the grill with aluminum foil or grill brush and grease it again to avoid rust. There is controversy about whether the grill should be washed with soap and who, or whether food should be allowed to accumulate. This may be a matter of people's preference, but you should know that this is a tool for cooking. Do not use irritating chemicals or solvents (such as bleach or oven cleaner) directly on the barbecue, as this may transfer to the food.
After the barbecue season, it is best to leave some grease or oil on the barbecue grill to avoid rusting (only water, iron and oxygen are needed for rusting conditions). .
6. Handle charcoal. Before using durable aluminum foil to wrap charcoal, cool it for 48 hours and then put it in a nonflammable container. This container can be a metal bucket or jar. Make sure that the noncombustible containers are kept away from flammable substances, such as gasoline, acetone, sawdust and paper.
If you have to cool the ashes quickly, you can wrap them in aluminum foil and completely soak them in water before putting them in a non-combustible container.
7. Cover the barbecue grill. A large part of keeping the barbecue grill clean is the storage method. The lid of the barbecue grill can keep it from rusting-especially if the barbecue grill is stored outdoors. The grill cover can not only protect the grill itself, but also prevent the barbecue tableware from rusting.
For warm months, you can use a lightweight grill cover, and some companies also produce heavyweight covers for extreme winter weather.
A good-quality, adaptive cover can protect the barbecue grill and prevent animals and pets from entering.
