Main ingredients:

Method:
1. Buy hemp food for later use.
2. Wash potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, garlic, green peppers and green onions.

Third, the practice of stewing hemp food
Composition:
400g of flour, g. 3 auricularia auricula, 1 tomato, 20g of celery, 1/2 carrots, 5g of chopped green onion and 25ml of oil. 5 ml of soy sauce and 3 g of salt.
Exercise:
