1. Wash off the soil on the sweet potato skin, and then peel off the skin.
2. Cut the peeled sweet potatoes into 1 cm thick slices.
3. Put the cut sweet potato slices into the steamer and steam until cooked.
4. Try it with chopsticks. Turn off the heat when the chopsticks can just poke in. Don't steam the sweet potatoes too well. Overcooked sweet potatoes will fall apart easily.
5. Cut the steamed sweet potatoes into small strips on the chopping board.
6. Spread the cut sweet potato fries on the drying net.
7. Place in a food dryer and bake at 55 degrees for 8 hours.
8. After 8 hours, take out the dried sweet potatoes and seal them for storage.
